Chattanooga, TN – According to the Chattanooga Police Department, the shooting occurred on Sunday.
It happened on Hamilton Place Boulevard.
Chattanooga Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
The responding officers discovered that the victim was sitting in a vehicle in a parking lot when a suspect approached him and began shooting.
The victim suffered serious injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The victim’s age or identity have not yet been released.
No suspects have been arrested yet.
Investigators believe the shooting may have happened during a robbery attempt.
