CHATTANOOGA, Tenn – Among those struggling due to the COVID-19 shutdowns are working artists who lost their jobs and whose gigs were canceled.
ArtsBuild – the nonprofit here in Chattanooga – created for those artists in Hamilton County to sustain them.
