Chattanooga Police Department executes search warrants at nuisance property, two arrested and nearly 100 pounds of marijuana seized
Chattanooga, TN – The Chattanooga Police Department reported that officers executed search warrants at a nuisance property in East Chattanooga, resulting in two arrests and the seizure of a large quantity of drugs.
Authorities said CPD’s Gun Team, Narcotics Unit, and SWAT Team worked alongside federal partners, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Drug Enforcement Administration, during the operation.
Investigators seized nearly 100 pounds of marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia and several vehicles connected to the case.
Officials said the operation was made possible through community involvement and tips regarding ongoing issues at the property.
Police encouraged residents to continue reporting suspicious activity, emphasizing that community cooperation plays a key role in addressing problem areas and improving public safety.
