Collegedale, TENNESSEE – According to the police officials, his name is Michael Allen Vance and he attempted to take a toddler.
Police say that he grandmother was able to intervene.
Authorities located the suspect and took him into custody.
The 7-year-old girl is back home with her mom.
The suspect faces a charge of Especially Aggravated Kidnapping.
