Child, who was forced to stay in a cagge for several days, says her mom threatened her that she will sIit her throat before she placed both hands around her neck and strangled her for a brief period of time

Louisville, KY – According to the police officials, the 31-year-old mom, later identified as SheiIa, was arrested and later charged with multiple charges, including: abuse, unIawfuI imprisonment and stranguIation after her 10-year-old child, who was not identified due to her age, reportedly told officers that her mom reportedly made her stay in a cage, strangled her and other disturbing things.

The investigation began after the woman’s 10-year-old child reportedly told authorities that her parent forrced her to stay in a cage for several days. The child also told investigators that on one instance, her mom put her hands around the child’s neck and strangled her. The child told investigators that she couldn’t breathe for a fried period of time and her thr0at hurt for 1 week. The parent also threatened the child to sIit her throat,

During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the abuse occurred for several months. The 31-year-old parent denies accusations against her. The woman also claims that ‘the incident stems from a misunderstanding and a situation where she was the actual victim. She said her daughter was not forced to stay in a cage

The woman reportedly told local news outlet: “No, that’s not true. That’s not true at all. I have never done anything like that. I have always had a job with caretaking.” The child, who was not identified due to her age, is now staying with foster parents.
