Tennessee Governor Bill Lee has announced the appointment of three individuals to key judicial positions across the state
Chattanooga, TN – According to the state officials, the appointees are:
- Adrienne Waters Ogle
Currently a partner at Green, Waters Ogle and McCarter Law Firm and a Magistrate for Sevier County Juvenile Court, Ogle has been appointed to the 4th Judicial District Circuit Court, which covers Cocke, Grainger, Jefferson, and Sevier counties. She earned her bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from the University of Tennessee. This appointment fills a new judicial position created by the General Assembly and is effective immediately.
- Kimberly Lund
An Assistant District Attorney for the 19th Judicial District, Lund has been appointed to the 19th Judicial District Chancery Court, covering Montgomery and Robertson counties. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Kentucky and her juris doctor at Michigan State University College of Law. This appointment is also to a new position created by the General Assembly and is effective immediately.
- Joshua Turnbow
Serving as Assistant District Attorney for the 23rd Judicial District, Turnbow has been appointed to the 23rd Judicial District Circuit Court, which includes Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, and Stewart counties. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and his juris doctor at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. This position is newly established by the General Assembly and takes effect immediately.
