Chattanooga, TN – The City of Chattanooga has announced the upcoming launch of CHA 311, a modernized service request system designed to improve how residents interact with city services.

The new system will replace the existing platform and offer a more streamlined, efficient experience for submitting and tracking requests.

CHA 311 will be accessible through a web portal and mobile applications available for both Android and Apple devices. This multi-platform access ensures that residents can conveniently connect with city services, regardless of the device they use.

For those already using the current mobile app, the transition to CHA 311 is expected to be smooth. If automatic updates are enabled on a device, the app will upgrade automatically.

Users without automatic updates can perform a manual update to access the new CHA 311 system. However, all users will be required to create a new account within the CHA 311 app to submit or track service requests going forward.

City officials said the launch date will be announced soon and emphasized that the goal of CHA 311 is to provide a more user-friendly and responsive way for residents to interact with city departments and request services.

The updated platform reflects Chattanooga’s ongoing commitment to improving civic engagement and enhancing communication between the city and its residents.
