Prosecutors claim the defendant initially faced possible life sentence if he decided to go forward with his trial.

According to the court documents, this incident occurred in February 2022 after the father grabbed his gun and ‘began to hunt’ 43-year-old Harry. Prosecutors claim the defendant endangered innocent children and their parents who could’ve been shot by the father while he fired with his gun at his child’s alleged moIester’.

The incident reportedly occurred near a school as children exited the building. Police officials released a statement, saying that the father, armed with a gun, initiated a car chase for more than 10 miles. During the chase, the father shot at Harry’s vehicle, while him and two others were inside it. During the shooting, Harry’s stepdad was shot.

The defense attorney argued that the father’s rage over the repeated se-ual abuse of his son initiated this incident. The father also launched a lawsuit against the alleged moIester, who allegedly touched his child more than 100 times while working at his mom’s daycare. But, prosecutors claim that the father’s act put innocent children and their parents at risk, and his searches were telling as to his intent.
