Phoenix, AZ – According to the police officials, the 38-year-old dad, later identified as Gregori, was arrested and later charged with multiple charges, including negIigent homicide and chiId abuse in connection with his child’s death. Police officials said the boy’s body was found decmposing in upright position in the family’s living room. During the investigation process, authorities reportedly discovered that the 9-year-old boy was dead for an xtended period of time because his father never provided the help his child needed. 

The investigation process began last week. The responding officers reportedly found the child dead and his body decmposing on the sofa in their living room. The boy’s body was in upright position. The family’s home was filled with garbage, insects, soiIed diapers, empty alcohol cans, roten food and bottIes filled with urlne.

 The responding officers also stated that the family home didn’t had water or toilet. During an interview with investigators, the boy’s dad reportedly said that his child became iII several days earlier and he ‘was planning to get him medical help, but never did. The father instead decided to leave the house for 2 days.

The parent also told investigators that she planned to get his son to the hospital when he returned. When he checked on his child, the boy was not responding and was not breathing. This incident remains under investigation. The 38-year-old dad is being held on a $500,000 bond. The boy’s identity has not yet been released.
