Chattanooga, TN – According to the statement, the crash occurred around 7:15 p.m. Sunday.
It happened on US Highway 27 in Soddy-Daisy.
SUV was traveling eastbound on Posey Hollow Road.
The victims were traveling southbound on US Highway 27 on a Harley Davidson.
The Harley hit the SUV in the passenger side door.
John and Tonia Purcell died at the scene.
This incident is under investigation.
