Chattanooga, TN -According to the police officials, this cohort embarked on 22 weeks of rigorous training and legal study, followed by an additional 16 weeks of real-world field training.
Notably, 12 of these recruits had already started their journey as part of the academy’s first-ever early hire class in July.
The inaugural day was captured in a series of photographs, highlighting the recruits’ initial challenges—from rookie errors with paperwork to the push-ups that followed.
Each moment underscored their progress and growing cohesion as a team.
