Chattanooga, TN – CFD officials said this incident occurred right before 7 p.m. Wednesday evening.
It happened in the 1500 block of Wheeler Avenue.
Chattanooga Fire Department crews responded to a report of a house fire.
The responding crews were on the scene within moments of Hamilton County 911 receiving reports of smoke coming from the residence.
They were able to extinguish the blaze quickly and then checked for extension.
The cause is under investigation.
No injuries were reported, officials said.
