Denver, CO – According to the court documents, the 37-year-old defendant, later identified as Jammes, was sentenced to more 112 years to life behind bars after he was convicted on multiple charges several months ago. In June, the defendant was convicted of se-ual assault on a child with a pattern of abuse (4 counts), court records say.

The investigation process began in 2021 after two children, both 5 years old, arrived at the local hospital with their parents and told the hospital staff that they’ve been se-ually assaulted by the defendant. During the investigation process, authorities reportedly discovered that both children were moIested while visiting a family member. According to the court documents, the then-5-year-old girls were in the house basement when the man went downstairs and started talking with the children.

The defendant then told the girls that they should try a new game, which he called ‘the klssing game’. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the game involved the defendant put his mouth on the children’s prlvates after he told them to take their cIothes off. Authorities took the defendant in custody one month after the initial report. During the sentencing, 17-year-old teen, who was not identified, told the court that she was also moIested by the defendant when she was a child.

The DA’s office released the following statement: “This sentence reflects the gravity of his crimes and the justice deserved for his victims. Protecting children in our community is at the core of our priorities, and while no punishment can undo the harm he caused, the court’s decision ensures that he will never have the chance to harm another child again.”
