Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office locates missing juveniles with assistance from TBI and Metro Nashville Police Department
Chattanooga, TN – Early on January 19, two female juveniles were reported missing from a residence in the Soddy Daisy area. The investigation revealed that the girls had been in contact with an adult male from Nashville via social media. It appeared they left the residence and met the male suspect nearby.
HCSO detectives identified the male and traced the potential location of the girls. With this information, the HCSO requested assistance from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) and the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) to locate the juveniles.
MNPD officers responded to the identified location and found the girls, unharmed, accompanied by two adult males. The officers took custody of the girls and later returned them to their parents. The investigation remains ongoing, and charges are pending for the two adult male suspects.
The HCSO extends its thanks to the TBI and MNPD for their valuable support in resolving this case. Due to the involvement of juveniles, no further information is available at this time.
