Chattanooga, TN – According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office, his name is Rodrigo Javier Zuniga and he was arrested on Thursday.
Authorities say the victim said that the 43-year-old suspect went into the child’s bedroom while she was asleep, picked her up and brought her to a couch.
The victim then described how he then took off her clothes and raped her.
The 43-year-old man is charged with aggravated rape of a child.
Police say he is now in custody at the Silverdale Detention Center.
