Chattanooga, TN – Members from various agencies gathered in Chattanooga this week for an All-Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) course, a critical training event for emergency response and disaster management.
AHIMTs are integral in the management and response to emergencies, natural disasters, and public events.
The week-long course, organized by the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) and hosted by the Chattanooga Fire Department (CFD), concluded with a cumulative final exercise on Friday.
During the exercise, participants simulated handling major incidents, honing their skills for real-world emergency scenarios.
