Chattanooga, TN – According to the statement, this accident happened at about 10 a.m. Wednesday at a building on the 1000 block of Mountain Creek Road.
The Chattanooga Fire Department officials have reported that the truck hit a portion of the building that holds its electrical equipment, and the accident knocked out power to 10 units.
The crash damaged two apartments, but knocked out power for the entire building, displacing residents.
