California – A California man was taken into custody and later charged with multiple charges, including murder, hit-and-run resulting in death and unlawful se* with a minor in connection with the last week’s incident which left girl dead. Authorities say the victim, 16, was pregnant when the defendant, later identified as 19-year-old Issac, ran her over with his vehicle, killing her. During the investigation process, authorities discovered that the fatal incident occurred shortly after the victim and her family approached the defendant’s car while he was dropping her sibling, who is underage.
The victim and her family realized that the defendant been involved in an lndecent relationship with her underage sister. When the victim and her family approached the defendant’s car, he reportedly pressed the gas pedal, sped away and struck the victim with his car.”
The investigation process began last week after officers responded to the location following reports of fatal crash. First responders found the victim in critical condition and rushed her to the hospital for treatment. The woman was pronounced dead shortly after arrival, while the doctors managed to saver her baby who remains in critical condition.
Shortly after, officers took the defendant into custody. During the investigation process, authorities learned that the defendant was involved in a se-ual relationship with the victim’s sibling. When the defendant dropped the unidentified sibling at the location, the victim and other family members approached his vehicle. The defendant then pressed the gas pedal and struck the victim, causing fatal injuries.
Luckily, the victim’s baby survived and remains in critical condition. The 19-year-old man is now being held without bond, court records say. This incident remains under investigation.
