Nashville, TN – Metro Police said the shooting occurred around 11:45 p.m. late Wednesday night.
It happened on a Nashville highway.
Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to the victim’s home on Allenwood Drive.
The responding officers made contact with the victim who reportedly told them that she was in the hand.
The victim’s age or identity have not yet been released.
Investigators believe that multiple shots were fired from another vehicle.
There is no description of the suspect or their vehicle at this time, police said.
