Chattanooga, TN – According to the police officials, this unfortunate incident occurred in the 2600 block of Wilder Street.
It happened around 9:50 p.m. Sunday night.
When the officers arrived on scene, witnesses said that they found the victim unresponsive.
His name is Timothy Washington and he had been shot several times.
This incident is under investigation.
