According to the police officials, the 47-year-old man is now charged after he reportedly sucker-punched a teenage girl after she accidentally cut him off in traffic. The man reportedly became enraged after a 16-year-old girl cut off his Porsche 911. He then followed her to a nearby intersection, cut her off and confronted her at a red light. The 47-year-old man then reached into the girl’s open driver’s side window and punched her in the face with a closed fist, leaving her bruised.

The 47-year-old man from Florida, Stephen Irvin Saunders, a self-employed investment banker, is now charged with burglary of a conveyance with assault or battery after he reportedly punched a 16-year-old girl in the jaw at a stoplight after she cut him off during an alleged road rage episode, according to reports.  

On Dec. 16, the 47-year-old man reportedly became enraged after a 16-year-old girl cut off his Porsche 911 on Florida Avenue North at 10:24 p.m. Saunders then followed her to a nearby intersection, cut her off and confronted her at a red light. 

According to reports, Saunders then exited his Porsche and approached the victim’s vehicle and yelled at her, ‘What the f*** are you doing? You stupid bitch! You cut me off!’

The 47-year-old man then reportedly reached into the girl’s open driver’s side window and punched her in the face with a closed fist, leaving her bruised.

Prosecutors said the 16-year-old girl suffered redness, soreness and bruising to the left side of her jaw. The victim is 16 years of age and has a very youthful appearance.

The 16-year-old girl was able to remember Saunders’s vehicle because of it’s distinct design, according to reports.

Once tracked down, the 16-year-old victim was also able to identify the 47-year-old when presented with a photo pack that included his drivers license image.  

The 47-year-old man was taken into custody on December 18. He is now charged with burglary of a conveyance with assault or battery, according to reports.

The defendant pleaded not guilty on December 20 and was released from jail on $15,000 bond.
