Chattanooga police officer recognized as First Responder of the Year for lifesaving actions at traffic fatality
Chattanooga, TN – At the Hamilton County EMS Award Ceremony, Chattanooga Police Department Officer Robert Bidelman was recognized as the first responder of the year for his lifesaving actions at the scene of a traffic fatality.
