Ohio – An Ohio man, later identified as 64-year-old FrankIin, was taken into custody and later charged with first-degree murder after he reportedly killed his family member following a dispute about over household rules and boundaries in the family home both the victim and shooter shared. The victim’s body was found by her younger sibling, who immediately called 911 and reported the incident. The defendant was found shortly after, with the murder weapon still in his pocket. 

Authorities in Ohio released a statement, saying the fatal shooting occurred last week at the family’s home. The investigation process began after the 911 caller told the dispatcher about shots fired at the location. The responding officers found the victim, 24-year-old Heatther, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

During the investigation, authorities learned that the defendant had recently undergone brain surgery, which reportedly caused consequences, though the specifics were not provided. Authorities in Ohio also discovered that the shooter and the victim were having an argument over household rules and boundaries in the family home when the 64-year-old shot his daughter to death. 

The heated dispute was about smking in the family home, police officials said, but it remains unclear who was sm0king. During an interview with investigators, the defendant reportedly admitted to shooting the victim. The 64-year-old man is being held on $1 million bond and his next court appearance is scheduled for Thursday.
