Nashville, TN – According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the shooting occurred Sunday evening.
It happened in the 600 block of South 5th Street.
Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
The responding officers found 14-year-old male victim.
Metro Police said the victim suffered a gunshot wound to the neck and was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
The 14-year-old victim was standing with two friends when a black SUV approached them.
Three suspect got out. One of the suspect fired shots towards the victim and fled the scene.
