CPD arrest suspect in Thursday hit-and-run accident that injured four people
Chattanooga, TN – According to the Chattanooga Police Department, her name is Crystal Insley and she was driving the vehicle that hit four people on Thursday.
Police say the 35-year-old woman is facing the following charges: Driving under the influence; Aggravated Vehicle killer assault; Aggravated assault; Red light violation; Reckless driving; Speeding too fast for conditions; Failure to yield right away resulting in death or injury; Financial responsibility.
This incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. Thursday.
It happened in the 300 block of West Main Street.
Chattanooga Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found four victims.
Police say all victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The driver fled the scene before police arrived on scene.
